Spark Digital UK exists for one reason: to help restaurants, cafés and hospitality businesses in Harrow and Northwest London get found by the people already searching for them.
We didn’t set out to be a generalist marketing agency. We tried that, and it didn’t work. Not for us, and not for the businesses we were serving.
We stopped taking on dentists, builders and solicitors. Not because there is anything wrong with those businesses, but because trying to be everything to everyone meant we were never truly excellent at anything.
Hospitality has its own rhythm: peak hours, walk in traffic, review sensitivity, and Google Maps behaviour that does not map onto any other industry. You cannot fake that knowledge with a generic playbook, and we were tired of watching restaurant owners get sold recycled strategies built for retail or trades.
